Here are some photos of a wedding this past April. There were so many beautiful photos to choose from! The ceremony was held at The Presbyterian Church downtown next to Flagler College and the guests walked to the Reception held in the main ballroom of The White Room. Bubbles were blown by guests for the grand exit of the bride and groom who left by horse carriage! Thank you Pure Sugar Studios for the photos!

It was a romantic candlelit evening at The White Room for Judy and Rick Agliata. Judy was such a beautiful bride, and these photos capture that for sure! The espresso linens, centerpieces, large and small candles, and accent crystals were some of the best decor and all designed by Judy and her sister, an event planner. Hach Hilbert Wedding Captures the Old World Charm of St. Augustine

We've been so busy with tons of events and I have finally gotten a chance to share some great weddings photos! There are too many to choose from and I will keep posting as I receive them. These photos are amazing and really capture the European look of Downtown St. Augustine and are right around the corner from The White Room. The reception was a great party and was the buzz of the town (also featured in Jacksonville Magazine's Bride Edition). Congrats to Bethany and Dan!

The White Room lends a hand to the St. Augustine YPO

Hi All! It has been a busy month over here but we have been enjoying the wonderful 'fall' weather! Each year the St. Augustine Young Professionals Organization (YPO) hosts a 'womanless beauty pageant' to raise money for charity. Now in the 3rd year, the charity of choice is the St. Augustine ARC. This organization's purpose is to help severally handicapped children in the St. Augustine area and prepare them for the life that lies ahead. I would love to see you all at here helping to support this amazing cause. I have included the ad with some more information about the pageant. By the way, did I mention that I am the president of the St. Augustine YPO? :) 

A sunny August afternoon at The White Room

Here are some beautiful shots of Lauren's wedding in August (special thanks to Kallima Photography for these photographs). Lauren hosted her ceremony in the Loft and reception in The White Room. Lauren has now become a Mrs. after dating the love of her life since High School! Eight years later they made it official and are now living the happily ever after. Congrats to the happy couple.

Tasting Event Update

We will be hosting our next Tasting Event on 

Sunday, October 26th from 3pm-6pm. 

Here are some bullet points to keep in mind: 

*If you are not booked with The White Room yet, you are welcome to attend but please limit your attendees to yourself and a single guest. When providing your RSVP, please let me know your event date and the approximate number of guests you will have attending your reception.

*Please bring your gift certificates if they have been issued to you (many of you will not have certificates as your contract states that a tasting is provided instead of gift certificates for O.C. White's).  The tasting event is complimentary for two attendees. If you would like to bring additional people, it is a discounted rate of $20 per person. 

*We will be sampling popular entrees, stations, appetizers and hopefully some cake too! For those of you who are looking to heavy appetizers and stations, please let me know in advance so I can group the tables accordingly. 

*I will be at the event to answer questions, however if you would like to have time to go through your file and cover any details, I encourage setting up an appointment with me before or after the tasting so that we can have plenty of time without the rush of food service.  

* It is encouraged that if your wedding is from now until April '09 (and you have not tried our food yet), you attend this tasting. If your event is from late April '09 and beyond, the next tasting will be in January or February 2009. It is always better to attend a tasting closer to your event so that everything is fresh in your mind :)

* I will have the linen book available for viewing if you are interested in specialty linens. If you have a color palette you are working with, please let me know so that I can order swatches for you to take home.  

*We are capping this event at 75 attendees. RSVP's are required and due no later than October 17th.
